DataGroup Technologies, Inc. (also known as DTI) is a veteran-owned Managed IT Service Provider, offering IT services and solutions to businesses of all sizes and industries. Since 2001 DTI has strived to provide significant value and outstanding service to all of their clients by acting as their business’s IT group. DataGroup is passionate about working with their clients to make the most out of their technology.
Joe started DataGroup Technologies in 2001 after retiring from the US Army. What began as one engineer has evolved into a large national IT Provider.
Joe served in the United States Army for 20 years as an elite Airborne Infantryman and Long Range Surveillance Unit (LRSU) Team Leader. He eventually rose to the rank of First Sergeant (E-8) within the renowned 82nd Airborne Division. He joined the Army with a strong sense of duty and a drive to challenge himself. After two decades of military service, Joe had a new vision, and he recognized a rapidly growing need for secure and reliable computer networks. DTI was born.
The principles he learned through out his military career carried over into his business leadership and work ethic. He carried the same strong leadership, focus, and problem solving skills throughout his time with DataGroup.

Brad Caudill – CEO
Brad joined DataGroup Technologies in 2012 where he served as the Network Administrator for over a decade in a core technical capacity, managing infrastructure, network security, and client system architectures.
He later was promoted to Director of Operations where he managed the day to day organizational workflow, aligning departmental duties, and established company wide performance accountability metrics.
As of September 2025, he received his highest calling to Chief Executive Officer of DataGroup Technologies.

It is a great honor to take on the most challenging and most rewarding role to date. It was truly an honor to serve as network administrator alongside Joe for all these years. Joe’s character is a cut above the rest and I hope to be the leader he has trained me to be.
